Freedom Crossing at Fort Bliss, a new hometown retail center that will become the vibrant heart of the massive Fort Bliss military post in El Paso, Texas. Today, the Fort Bliss extended family exceeds over 85,000 people - including active military, their families, National Guard and retirees - who spend more than $125 million annually at the Post Exchange and Commissary. This population will grow nearly 70% over the next four years. Spending at the PX and Commissary on Fort Bliss are set to increase to over $180 million over the next four years.
