Todd Rosen
Vice President of Real Estate
ResponsibilitiesTodd spearheads procurement of new ground-up land opportunities nationwide and coordinates merchandising and leasing space within ServiceStar lifestyle villages.
Perspective“With all the key resources in-house, ServiceStar isn’t burdened by board approvals or remote decision-making authorities. Our streamlined group remains flexible and responsive to changing conditions.”
“Since we’re not insulated by gatekeepers, our constituents can get right through to the principals whenever necessary. That leads to more attentive service and active dialogue but, more importantly, it reflects our deep sense of responsibility to our stakeholders and our projects.”
ExperienceIn addition to his role in acquiring new land opportunities, Todd plays a critical position in the planning, design and leasing of ground-up developments and disposition of select long-term assets.
During his 21-year career in commercial real estate, Todd has specialized in the leasing and sale of retail properties and successfully completed nearly a thousand transactions. Before joining ServiceStar, Todd acquired and/or developed over a dozen projects with a combined value in excess of $120 million. He’s also served in leadership positions within The Shidler Group and AmCap Properties, where he negotiated leases with major retailers, among them Wal-Mart, Starbucks, Ace Hardware, Subway, Office Depot and Petsmart.
