Project leasing, negotiations and forecasting for ServiceStar retail development projects all come under Mike’s purview.

Mike has successfully negotiated tenant leases for all ServiceStar retail projects. He also routinely handles sale contracts for ServiceStar developments.

Mike is a licensed real estate broker with 25 years of experience in every facet of the industry, including sales, leasing and management. Over his career, Mike has performed the sale or disposition of over $200 million in real estate transactions.
