Responsibilities
As manager of treasury and accounting, John sources project and company capital through private equity placement and debt financing vehicles. He provides economic analysis and valuation of projects, land acquisition and property sales.

Experience
In managing the company’s financial matters over the past decade, John has completed over $750 million of construction and permanent lending arrangements and in excess of $50 million of private placement arrangements.
John has over 25 years of finance, accounting and tax experience in both the public and private sectors. As a former CPA, he operated a successful tax and accounting consulting practice. He also served as controller for Ocean Tug and Barge Company.
