Frank provides strategic leadership in development and management of the design and programming of ServiceStar projects. He oversees the integration and coordination of project programs with leasing efforts; supplies development, design and technical expertise; and supports members of the ServiceStar development team.

Experience
Frank specializes in the development, planning, design, construction and property management of a multitude of nationwide malls, mixed-used developments, and neighborhood and community retail centers.

He has over 24 years of experience in architectural planning, engineering, project management and strategic direction. He served as director of architecture, engineering and construction for Kimco Realty Corporation, nationally recognized as the largest in-line retail center developer and property owner in North America.
