Chip is involved in all legal aspects of ServiceStar developments. In addition to performing a variety of pertinent legal work in-house, he coordinates the use of specialized outside counsel as required.

Experience
As ServiceStar’s general counsel, Chip has successfully coordinated raw-land acquisitions and project submissions, landed substantial contracts and overseen complex closings.

Prior to joining the ServiceStar team, Chip was an associate and partner in a Denver law firm for 22 years, where he cultivated a broadly based real estate practice. In addition to representing clients in all areas of real estate development, he has substantive experience in stadium leasing and financing, condominium conversion, mixed-use projects and HUD-insured multi-family loans.
