Experience
Andy exhibits comprehensive expertise in project management, cost estimating and cost management, value engineering and design. He developed and implemented an in-house professional construction management group to provide hands-on management of each ServiceStar project. Andy performs all the company’s pre-construction services, negotiates each of ServiceStar’s Construction Contracts, and created a prototypical site and building development cost model to accurately budget and track the progress of hundreds of projects.
Before joining ServiceStar, Andy served as Vice President and Regional Manager of a top 25 ENR (Engineering News Record) Project Management Firm and as Project Manager and Director of Operations for two nationally-known General Contractors.
